1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Time
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are 149/- if the order is below 999/- 
We may offer free shipping on orders above 1000/- 

4. Delivery Partners
We use trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery across India.

5. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, strikes, courier issues, or incorrect address details.

Zerodas is not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we’ll assist you as much as possible.

6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address before confirming the order. We are not liable for deliveries made to wrong or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

7. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be sent via email or SMS once your order is shipped. You can also track it via our website.
