At Zerodas, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, here’s how returns and exchanges work:
1. Return Window/ Charges You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. If the product is defective from our end, there is no charges for return or exchange. If the customer wants to return the product or exchange from their will, they will be charged 200/- INR.
2. Conditions Items must be: Unused and unwashed In original packaging with tags intact Not a sale or discounted item (unless defective)
3. How to Return Email us at zerodasofficial@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if needed). We’ll guide you through the next steps.
4. Refunds Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If not available, you can opt for a refund or store credit.
6. Non-Returnable Items Worn, damaged, or washed items Items without original tags/packaging Custom or limited edition products
