How to Initiate a Return?

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To start the return process, email us at zerodasofficial@gmail.com.
  • Provide your order details and reason for return.

Return Charges & Process

  • Returns & exchanges are chargeable at ₹199/- per request.
  • If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you will have to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

What Items Are Not Eligible for Return?

  • Final sale items & discounted products.
  • Products purchased in bundles or packs (only size exchanges allowed).
  • Used, damaged, or altered products.
  • Items returned without original tags & packaging.

Returns & Exchanges for Sale Items

  • No returns or refunds on sale items.
  • Clothing items purchased on sale can only be exchanged for a different size or another clothing item of the same value. Any price differences must be paid by the customer along with a ₹199 shipping charge.

Return/Exchange Limitations

  • Only one return or exchange is allowed per order.
  • Returns will be rejected if:
    • The product is not in its original condition, packaging, or has missing tags.
    • The item has been worn, washed, or damaged.

Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Self-Shipping Returns

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse:

  • Securely pack the item and mention your Order ID & registered mobile number on the package.
  • Once we receive the item, we will process your refund and reimburse up to ₹199 for self-shipping charges.
  • We recommend using Speed Post for reliable service.

Important Notes

  • If you receive a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, contact us within 24 hours.
  • If your return does not meet our policy criteria, we reserve the right to decline it.
