Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
If you received the wrong product or a defective item, exchange is free of charge.
If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, an exchange fee of ₹200 will apply.
Return & Refund Eligibility
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products and items bought during sale periods are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
